交通のご案内



CT部門は東芝社製320列CT(Aquilion one)を用いて非侵襲的に冠動脈疾患、心筋疾患、先天性心疾患、弁膜症、大動脈瘤、大動脈解離、大動脈炎症候群、下肢静脈血栓症を対象とした臨床診断を行っています。心電図同期撮影を用いることで心拍動の影響の少ない明瞭な画像を得ることができます。また同機種はバージョンアップにより2010年5月より160スライスヘリカルスキャンも可能となっています。
また臨床活動は文光堂発行のMOOK「心CT」を中心として発表させていただいております。

当院は重症例の患者様が多いため、重度の石灰化症例、頻脈症例が多く、2010年5月時点での320列CTの冠動脈狭窄の診断精度は、侵襲的冠動脈造影と比較して、下記のようになっています。部位毎の比較(segment by segment analysis)で、Specificity(特異度)(侵襲的冠動脈造影で冠動脈狭窄が無い部位を、CTで狭窄が無いと診断する率)は98%、NPV(陰性的中率)(CTで冠動脈狭窄が無いと診断した場合、侵襲的冠動脈造影でも冠動脈狭窄が無い率)は96%と良好ですが、Sensitivity(感度)(侵襲的冠動脈造影で冠動脈狭窄が有る部位を、CTで狭窄が有ると診断する率)は66%、PPV((陽性的中率)(CTで冠動脈狭窄が有ると診断した場合、侵襲的冠動脈造影でも冠動脈狭窄が有る率)は77%にとどまり、より精度を上げるように心がけたいと思います。
