ERPDとは＿What is ERPD?

対人関係問題（家庭・職場等）や経済的困難など、心的外傷後ストレス障害（PTSD）の診断基準にあるトラウマ体験に満たない、より日常的な出来事に関するフラッシュバックや憤り、後悔などの心理現象を、ライフイベントに関連した心理的苦悩：Event-related psychological distress（ERPD）と定義しました。この尺度は、被験者のERPDについて、回答日を含む最近の1週間における重症度を評価するための自己記入式尺度です。

Event-related psychological distress (ERPD) comprises psychological phenomena such as flashbacks, resentment, and regret related to events considered more mundane, such as interpersonal problems (at home, work, etc.) and financial difficulties, which fall short of the traumatic experiences listed in the diagnostic criteria for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This is a self-administered scale to assess the severity of the subject's ERPD in the week prior to and including the date of their response to the questionnaire.

使用方法＿Instructions

最初に、教示文にあるようにPTSDの診断基準(DSM-5やICD-11)にあるトラウマ体験者を除外します。その後、今でも不快な記憶や気持ちを起こさせる出来事を記入し、各項目について答えてもらいます。

First, trauma survivors are excluded using the diagnostic criteria for PTSD (DSM-5 and ICD11) as described in the instructions. Second, the respondent is asked to fill in the event(s) which still cause them to experience unpleasant memories and feelings and accordingly provide their answers for each item.

採点方法＿Scoring method

この尺度は4件法を採用しています。各選択肢の得点0-3点を合計し、尺度全体あるいは下位尺度毎に得点を算出してください。各尺度得点が高いほどERPDの重症度が高いと判断します。

This scale is a four-point Likert scale. Scores of 0‒3 for each option should be totaled and the score for the entire scale or for each subscale should be calculated. The higher the score of each scale, the higher the severity of ERPD.

内的一貫性＿Internal consistency

※一般サンプルを747名 (男性373名, 女性374名)，20歳から65歳未満 (M = 41.2 years, SD = 12.6 years)
